From start to finish, Niall has always been on call whenever we had any questions, which was really reassuring because we weren’t experienced in this type of project. Having someone like Niall managing all the work and inevitable changes/adaptations took huge pressure off us as we managed our day jobs.
The speed at which his team worked was incredible. We started in mid Nov and needed new foundations, storm drains adding etc. We were water tight by xmas. For a 75m3 extension that is impressive.
Special mention needs to be made for Steve and Tommy who sorted our internals out, especially the tricky kitchen and the in-out tiling. They were absolute perfectionists and every obstacle they encountered they had a solution. I can’t praise them highly enough.
